Insights, are those precious but elusive moments when you arrive at a thought or realization that helps you understand a person or a situation in a much clearer way. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it feels good. But do insights only happen at random? Gary Klein, a cognitive psychologist wrote a book called Seeing What Others Don’t, that explores whether there are ways to guide our mind to develop insights that can help solve problems and spark new ideas.
