Will Bowen wrote A Complaint Free World, to answer these questions and to teach us how to stop complaining so we can work towards the life we deserve to have.  The book was first published in 2007, and it came with a plan. Will wanted to make 1% of the world's population complaint free-  that's 60 million people. We catch up with Will to get an update on his progress thus far.
