Reframe

Most of us are well acquainted with that feeling of frustration when you're excited to try a new app or gadget that sounds fantastic and looks great, but just isn't user friendly. Believing that there really is no excuse for bad design, Mona Patel founded Motivate Design- an agency in the States that does a lot of research and thinking to find creative ways to improve the user experience for products and services. With this experience and a desire to share what she knew, she wrote a book called Reframe, that looks at shifting the way we work, innovate and think.
