Easterlin Paradox states - Beyond a certain threshold, rising incomes don't bring happiness. A study of 3,000 workers in Sweden - reveals that a certain group of employees have a 24% higher risk of a serious heart problem. These are employees who deemed their managers to be the least incompetent. Interestingly, for those who had worked for that manager for more than 4 years, the risk was 39% higher!
