Jamie Andrew is an adventurist and a professional mountaineer. A violent snowstorm in 1999 left him trapped on the summit of a mountain in the Swiss Alps for 5 days- a tragedy that claimed the life of his friend Jamie Fisher, and caused severe frostbite for Jamie, forcing doctors to amputate both his hands and feet. 15 years on, despite his physical limitations, Jamie continues to make amazing ascents all over the world. As a quadruple amputee, Jamie has also made many other remarkable achievements, raising many thousands of pounds for charity along the way. He joins us today along with Elisa Dass, Director of Learning & Acceleration at Leaderonomics.
