The International Council of Malaysian Scholars & Associates was established by a group of Malaysian students in the UK 6 years ago, to develop Malaysian Youths in three main areas: leadership, intellectuality and career. Today, ICMS has expanded to 6 countries, boasts 156 active associates and 114 registered alumni, and functions like a multinational company.
