Working with several large employers within Malaysia, Daniel Russell of Leaderonomics sought to gain insight to the topic of leadership in Malaysia. There were some interesting key discoveries; the primary strength is interpersonal - creating a connection between the senior leader and the front line worker. The primary weakness is in the area of business acumen - really aligning the business units and work towards a common goal.
