Rosman Hussin from The Humble Chef joins us to share his story on his journey from a humble beginning of selling simple and delicious home cook food from a mobile truck. Two years later, he has a restaurant which runs on its own in Plaza Damansara.
From a humble beginning in cooking and selling simple and delicious western meals over the bridge out of a converted mobile truck to a full fledged restaurant today. Rosman Hussin is a fully qualified chef with a Diploma in Culinary Arts from a local private college in Malaysia, had stints working in the hospitality industry for a good nine years and had the privilege to live in Germany for 6 months before venturing into The Humble Chef. Rosman stands by his beliefs - patience and sharing of goodness, he talks to us today about how he never gave up and that's when all things fell into place.
