Today we have the brothers duo behind CoffeeSociete. Choong Kar Wai & Choong Kar Heng who set up a Melbourne inspired Coffeehouse back in 2012 was known for their strategies back in the day - the Coffee in the dark where you get freeflow of coffee to attract people into their stores on week nights. Fast forward 3 years later, CoffeeSociete is still operating and they’ve opened up a few more outlets including Garage 51 and Underground Societe to name a couple.
