TY Ooi runs her business based on her addiction. That is, addiction to Louisiana food. She created her own recipe and menu from her memories of  Louisiana food. The one problem is, crawfish can be found anywhere in Louisiana but it can hardly be found in Malaysia. To solve that problem, yabbies and crabbies became the next option.
