Launched in July 2014, Robata Monkey is one of the latest addition to the Japanese restaurant in town. Imagine the sight of King Crab grilling right in front of your eyes, robatayaki is a century-old style of cooking by northern Japanese fishermen. It uses coals in a stone box to cook that allows these fishermen to protect their boat from the heat. Hence, Robata Monkey mainly serves slow-grilled over charcoal seafood dishes.
