Mimi Theobald, a former Army nurse who has swapped bandages and a beret for the catwalk and designer headwear to become one of UK’s hottest milliners. Born to Scottish and Chinese parents, Mimi Theobald was brought up in Scotland but then moved to Australia where she started an apprenticeship with renowned milliner Neil Grigg.
