Rainbow Loom (Michigan, USA)

Choon Ng, a Malaysian immigrant, wasn’t even thinking about entering the toy market but simply wanted to share the experience of making bracelets out of rubber bands with his daughters. He created an arts and crafts sensation called “Rainbow Loom” which is a hit with children of all ages, even adults who use it to weave colourful bracelets out of rings of rubber bands. Choon Ng lives in Michigan in the United States with his wife and two daughters. He created the idea in his basement backyard and it's now sweeping the nation.
