For an organization that has been around for a good number of years, success is influenced by ONE key factor, QUALITY. Founded in 1988 as Smart Education Centre, the organization changed its name to Smart Reader Worldwide in 1998. This move was made to reflect the expansion of its English Programme into the international arena.
In conjunction with World Children’s Day, BFM spoke to the co-founder of Smart Reader Worldwide, Dr Richard Ong.
