Ala Carte: Caffeinees, Niu Taste, Black Market & Eight Gourmets Gala

Started off with the love for coffee eight years ago, the founders set up Caffeinees. As food entrepreneur, it doesn’t stop there. The duo then opened Black Market, a Spanish infused restaurant with specialty such as Iberico Pork and Truffles. Then comes Niu Taste, a Japanese-Taiwanese cuisine restaurant. Finally, they set up Eight Gourmets Gala (EGG) that houses eight different outlets from Tai Chow to western seafood concept.
