In collaboration with Hari Raya, we brought in the minds behind Smokin' Salma's. Their aim is to introduce and provide gourmet quality snacks, focusing on quality ingredients and modern taste buds. Currently spearheading with curry puffs and murtabaks, Smokin’ Salma’s quickly gaining a strong following in the marketplace. We spoke to the co-founders of Smokin' Salma's, Shareen Ramli and Siti Hajjar on managing this take-away concept they have been doing for the past three years.
