Dima restaurant opened its doors five years ago in the little quaint town of Melaka. They serve Arabic cuisine in a modern contemporary environment and their dishes include Yemeni,Palestinian,Syrian and Egyptian flavours. A constant favourite among regulars is their Arabic teas ,coffees and desserts. With an open grill concept on the first floor balcony overlooking the fountains and outdoor seating on the ground floor level for al fresco dining. They now have 4 outlets with the latest being their flagship restaurant in Ara Damansara. We spoke to the co-founder, Sam Attieh on whether Dima is doing and what what it literally means.
