Well, Seremban Beef Noodles of course and also siew pao. Touted by many as one of the best beef noodles in the country. Seremban Beef Noodles had very much been a part of Seremban’s local heritage. We speak to the son of the founder, Ivan Lau who has inherited the business which started in 1930 and taking it to greater heights with new outlets here in Malaysia.
