At the young age of 16, Ashley Atkinson is an avid follower of her grandmother's footsteps.Her grandmother also known as Mrs Atkinson who is famous for her butter,chocolate and sugi cakes always hoped for a family member to take over the business someday. People would travel from far and wide to come try out her cakes. We speak to Ashley, a graphic designer graduate at the age of 20; on what made her take this on full time, carrying on her grandmother's legacy.
