Established in 2012, Topshelf is a modern French bistro tucked in the quieter side of TTDI that presents casual dining experience coupled with a classic French fare. Helmed by Chef Christopher Yee, the food pays homage to modern French cooking, along with some classic touch which gives you the best combination of flavours.
