Fork D World Bistro is the definition of East meets West cuisine and their mission is to provide comfort food to their guests. Jo-Ann Tan, the master chef of this bistro was once a cooking hobbyist and decided to take matters into her own hands. So, she started Fork D World to feed those who are in need of Mom’s cooking. In her menu is what she described as comfort foods and they are mostly celebrating bacon.
