Getting the inspiration from the Blue Bottle concept from the USA, Coffee Ish Cafe was founded with the aim to specialise in hand-brewed and siphon coffee. With their main business to serve Specialty Coffee using hand brew, Siphon, Balancing Siphon and Ice Drip methods, they find that their biggest challenge is to introduce the art and culture of drinking single origin specialty coffee.
