Rumour has it that the recipe for Chicken Lah! was invented in a kitchen in Ipoh back in the late 80s. Then it was known as Winner’s Fried Chicken, the inventor and her husband licensed Winner’s Fried Chicken to hawker stalls in Perak. From the humble stall, they are now taking the next big step in entering the same playing field as the fast-food chains with Chicken LAH!.
