The Fat Fish is a deli specialising in fresh and frozen seafood and meats. You can choose to dine in or takeaway and cook it yourself at home. This idea stemmed from Lam Ee Von’s core business which is to import and distribute raw materials for Japanese restaurants and hotels. The business however, required customers to buy in bulk in order to enjoy such fresh produce. Thus, Ee Von decided to set up an outlet that offers these produce at affordable prices for consumers.
