Over 15,000 tonnes of food is being wasted daily in Malaysia, and 3,000 tonnes of it still edible. So to help reduce food wastage in the country and other European cities, Finnish start-up ResQ Club has launched an app allowing you to rescue fresh and good quality food from restaurants at a much cheaper cost. We speak to its founder & CEO Tuure Parkkinen and Country Manager Joanne Chia about bringing ResQ Club to Malaysia, and just how much food wastage the service is expected to slash.
