From Dentistry to Porky Ribs

With brands like Morganfield’s, Mocktail Bar, Capricciosa and many more, you may be forgiven to think that all these were started by someone with a strong F&B background. But founder Dr Jeffery Goh began life as practising dentistry before deciding to venture into his love for ribs. We speak to him about his 17 years of experience in the F&B industry, handling many different outlets across the region and still going strong in a challenging sector.
