And Kubrina Dass, founder of Dass Sports Management (DSM), shares her story venturing into the industry, and her goal to spur female athletes in the sports arena. To her, getting our local athletes out there in partnership with brand endorsements and advocacy is what makes her cause worth doing, knowing that the athletes get what they deserve.
