Traders and Residents Left Hanging By DBKL’s Mismanagement

It’s the first day of the fasting month and already there are issues involving residents and petty traders across Kuala Lumpur. Last year, DBKL moved its application process to an online system but this has caused much confusion to both parties as there are roads being closed for traders to set up shop directly in front of apartments and residential area.
