Employees Are Leaving, But Where Are They Going?

The Great Resignation is in full force, and employees are leaving their old jobs in search of ones that provide increased flexibility. As such, companies are finding it extremely difficult to cater to the “new needs” of the post-pandemic worker. However, some employees have also disappeared in the void between jobs. There seems to be no rush to settle into a new career anytime soon.
