The Dark Side of Corporate Perks

Having a Playstation at work is nice. Having a foosball table might be even better. Free food? Awesome! But at what cost are all these perks and benefits being given to you? A law professor argues (via Fast Company) that it’s important to weigh corporate perks and benefits against the nature and value system of the company itself. These bells and whistles have the tendency of keeping people in an otherwise questionable work environment.
