A Japanese website called Sorehara allows victims of various kinds of harassment (from “smell harassment” to sexual harassment) to anonymously send emails to their tormentors about their actions. For Japan, where victim blaming is a major issue, this is encouraging people to identify antisocial behaviour without being penalised for it.
