Just recently, UNAIDS released a statement saying: "We have bent the trajectory of the AIDS epidemic. Now we have five years to break it for good or risk the epidemic rebounding out of control". In order to break the epidemic, it strongly recommends the 90-90-90 'Fast Track Targets' by 2015, i.e. 90% of people living with HIV knowing their HIV status; 90% of people who know their HIV-positive status on treatment; and 90% of people on treatment with suppressed viral loads. Explaining how Malaysia can achieve the 90-90-90 Target are Dr. Ilias Adam Yee and Andrew Tan of the Malaysian AIDS Council.
