The world's population is growing but we have less land to grow our foods. How could we feed the estimated 10 billion people by 2100? One solution is to eat foods that can be produced with less resources but which are no less nutritious. Scientists suggest we turn to what many of our ancestors used to eat--insects. Dr. Law Yao-Hua, insect ecologist, tells us about the rationale of eating insects.
