Earlier this year, national para-athlete Bonnie Bunyau Gustin lifted 207kg in the Men's 65kg category at the Nur-Sultan 2019 World Para Powerlifting Championships in Kazakhstan. The 20-year-old won the gold medal to become a world champion, and in the process set the new junior world record.
