Urban Grammy Confusion

For years, black artists like Tyler, The Creator have called out The Grammys on their one-sidedness and segregation in categories like grouping all black artists in the urban category although they represent different genres. Recently, the major establishment has dropped the term “urban” and replaced it with "progressive r&b" but is this "progress" sufficient?
