KL as a Creative Hub

The movement to rejuvenate underutilised spaces such as back lanes and old buildings into creative or entrepreneurial hubs has been gaining momentum here in our capital city. Is this a sign of KL slowly shifting into being a creative city? How receptive are the locals to these efforts? We pose these questions, and many more, to festival director of Urbanscapes, Lim Kok Kean, on the back of this year’s successful Urbanscapes.
