It's been introduced to persuade owners of older Protons to give up their cars for a newer model at an attractive price. As for our Used Car Buying Guide, we're putting the focus on BMW's first front-wheel drive and MPV - the BMW 2-series Active Tourer. Selling for roughly RM80,000 today, it's an often forgotten premium MPV that now costs about as much as any other 5-year old MPV out there - and that includes the Japanese makes. With premium build quality, materials and brand image, coupled with relatively low running costs, it's something to consider when you're looking out for a fashionable people carrier.
