Will KL-Singapore HSR Ambitions Be Derailed Again?

The Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high speed rail project is being revived. This project is estimated to be worth 110 billion ringgit, and aimed to reduce travel time between Singapore and KL to around 90 minutes. Does it make sense to bring it back to life?
