Budget 2024 contained very little specifically targeted for Malaysia’s property sector but still included other goodies that might spur some interest especially for those still wanting to own their first homes. Keith Ooi, Knight Frank Malaysia’s group managing director joins us to share his thoughts on the budget as well as an outlook for the country’s real estate market going forward.
