Measuring Progress In Gender Equity & Equality In Corporate Malaysia

Despite comprising roughly half of Malaysia's labour population, women make up a small fraction of seats on corporate boards and as heads of publicly listed companies. Has progress in gender representation in the corporate world stalled or even regressed?
