Ascott International Management is wholly owned by Capitaland Investment, and in Malaysia is the largest international serviced residence operator with around 6,200 units in 27 properties. Its country general manager, Mondi Mecja speaks to us about the outlook of the serviced residential sector, its future expansion plans and the impact of pandemic on its performance.
