US-Taliban Deal - History in the Making?

The US have struck a landmark deal with the Taliban, that will mean pulling US troops from Afghanistan within 14 months. Yet questions still remain over the feasibility of the deal, and whether the Afghan government, which was sidelined in discussions, will comply.
