A Flooded Summer Counter Offensive For Ukraine

After months of reinforcement from its western allies, Ukraine launched its counter offensive across a 1,000 kilometre front line. Will the summer offensive be successful or will it get bogged down by the floods caused by the collapse of Kakhovka dam?
