Guest: Dr. Alexey Muraviev, Associate Professor of National Security and Strategic Studies, Curtin University

Moscow has described its troop withdrawal from the region in recent days as a "regrouping", although the explanation is seen as hollow by some observers. Do these developments mark a turning point in the war? Alexey Muraviev of Curtin University gives us his analysis.
