The Conundrum of Declining Graduate Wages

According to 2020 data from the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM), wages for graduate employees have seen declining trends. Young graduates under the age of 24 have been particularly impacted, with the median salary dropping 25% to RM1,550 a month.
