RCEP Goes Ahead without India

India finally got off the fence to firmly in the No side for RCEP. Calvin Cheng, Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies Malaysia thinks this is still OK because the grouping still has a sizable GDP and the door remains open to India
