This week the Ministry of Home Affairs raided Swatch outlets across Malaysia and seized watches from its 'Pride Collection" for allegedly contravening the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 (PPPA).  What are the provisions and processes behind this Act, and was it rightly used? We speak with lawyer, New Sin Yew to find out more.
