Former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman has been acquitted of some 45 charges, related to kickbacks from 16 logging companies in the state. The discharge amounting to an acquittal was made on the grounds of lack of evidence, as well as upon a sworn statement from former Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail.
