Malaysian property stakeholders are bracing for the unavoidable economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the property sector.
Prior to the Movement Control Order (MCO) and the pandemic, property sales for residential and commercial were already slow amid a mismatch between supply and demand although affordable housing was still a growing segment.
So how bad will the fallout be for the property sector, and how far off is the light at the end of the tunnel?
