Universal or Targeted Transport Subsidy?

Good news for vehicle owners currently under the Bantuan Sara Hidup welfare payments as the government is handing them cash to deal with the removal of fuel subsidies. This scheme however indirectly supports private vehicle ownership possibly at the expense of public transportation and overall affordability issues.
